Product Marketing Management

A remarkable opportunity has become available for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing a dynamic organisation's marketing initiatives across their global footprint.

Objectives of the Role
  • Responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives
  • Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning
  • Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns
  • Reports marketing and sales results to senior executives
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them
  • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies and effectively position products
  • Collaborate with Solutions and Sales to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target customers
  • Develop product marketing and advertising strategies and plans
  • Work with various teams (Solutions, Product, Sales) to implement strategies
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections
  • Lead marketing initiatives with internal and external resources teams i.e. graphic designers, web developers, press release, customer events
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideation to execution (Shows innovation/ideas within the ICT industry)
  • Understand and support sales channels, develop internal tools and external collateral
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns against goals
  • Preparing and managing marketing budgets
  • Plan and develop various marketing materials and products, i.e. presentations, pamphlets, proposals, products, stationery, etc.
  • Plan events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules, coordinating mailing lists
  • Provide marketing reports on sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, etc.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.

Necessary Experience and/or Qualification
  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Marketing is preferred
  • 3-5 years ICT Industry experience essential
  • 5-8 years of experience within a similar role
  • Proficiency in the MS Office
  • Knowledge and experience in Design software preferred
